Booking Policy

DEPOSIT

  • There is a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED when booking an appointment.

  • The deposit does count towards the total amount of your service.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • You have a 15-minute grace period, After the grace period a late fee of $15 will be applied to your total

  • After 20 minutes your appointment would have to be rescheduled

CANCELLATION/

RESCHEDULING

  • If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please book a new appointment through my website.

  • If you cancel your appointment your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, should you ever need to change time slots please let me know ahead of time, I may have the availability.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • A Confirmation text will be sent 48hrs after your booking.

  • Please confirm your appointment within 24hrs, failure to-do so will result in a cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your deposit  

GENERAL INFO

  • No call no shows will be banned from booking in the future.

  • Must have at least 3 inches of hair to be serviced 

  • A shampoo and conditioning are included in the service.

  • You are free to shampoo your own hair ( no oil in hair pls! )

  • Rude customers will not be serviced and asked to please leave

  • No extra guest are allowed
